Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MyOddsy (the “Service”), available at myoddsy.com, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility & Geography

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is intended for U.S. residents only. Sportsbook referral links are programmatically suppressed in jurisdictions where sports wagering is not legal; the underlying odds-comparison and analytical content remains available as informational material.

3. Nature of the Service

MyOddsy is an information and analytics service. We aggregate publicly available sports odds, run mathematical models, and publish opinions, comparisons, and educational content. We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, broker, exchange, or financial advisor. We do not accept, place, route, or settle wagers, and we do not hold or transfer gambling funds.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Any pick, projection, edge percentage, win-rate figure, ROI figure, CLV figure, ranking, or strategy result reflects historical data, current market inputs, assumptions, and model judgments at a point in time. Markets move quickly. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Track-record figures are produced by our settlement pipeline and are subject to the methodology described in the Disclaimer.

5. Publication Ledger & Corrections Policy

Each batch of picks we publish is hashed at the moment of publication and stored as a signed ledger receipt. Anyone can re-derive the hash via /verify/<batch_id> to confirm a displayed pick was not edited after the fact. If we ever issue a correction (for example, a typo on a team name or a misclassified market), the correction is logged as a separate event that preserves the original published record. We do not silently replace previously published picks or results.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) scrape or copy the Service for resale, (b) reverse-engineer the models, (c) use the Service to operate an unlicensed betting business, (d) attempt to circumvent geographic restrictions, or (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Compensation

The Service contains links to third-party sportsbook operators. Some of those links are affiliate links — meaning MyOddsy may receive compensation when a user clicks through and registers, deposits, or wagers. Affiliate compensation does not influence which picks are published, the math behind them, or the rankings. See the Affiliate Disclosure for detail.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, and software — is the property of MyOddsy LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYODDSY LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR MONEY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF — OR INABILITY TO USE — THE SERVICE, OR ANY DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION FROM THE SERVICE. This includes any financial losses incurred from gambling activities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyOddsy LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law, or (d) any wagering activity you undertake based on information from the Service.

12. Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.Arbitration shall take place in the state of formation listed above, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable.

13. Severability & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
