MyOddsy / Legal

Affiliate Disclosure

Last reviewed: 2026-04-25 · Operator: MyOddsy LLC · a Utah limited liability company

MyOddsy is an independent analytics tool. We participate in affiliate marketing programs with regulated sportsbook operators. This page explains exactly how that works.

The Material Connection

MyOddsy may receive financial compensation when you click an outbound link to a partner sportsbook and subsequently register an account, make a qualifying deposit, or place a wager. Compensation typically takes one of two forms:

  • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA): a flat one-time fee per qualifying new user.
  • Revenue Share:a continuing percentage of the sportsbook’s net gaming revenue derived from referred users.

Where compensation exists for an outbound link, an inline disclosure tag is shown adjacent to the link itself — not buried in this footer page — so the material connection is clear at the point of decision, consistent with U.S. Federal Trade Commission endorsement guidance.

Editorial Separation

Affiliate compensation does not influence which picks we publish, the math behind them, or how strategies are ranked. Picks are produced by automated algorithms applied uniformly across every tracked sportsbook. The same algorithms run on operators we are not compensated by. The order in which sportsbook prices are listed on the odds-comparison surfaces is determined by the actual price (best for the bettor first), not by which operator pays us most.

Which Sportsbook a Pick Is Tied To

Every published pick records the single sportsbook offering the best price at the moment of capture. That book varies pick to pick — sometimes DraftKings on an MLB moneyline, sometimes FanDuel on an NBA total, sometimes BetMGM on an HR prop. Where we are compensated for traffic to any of those operators, the disclosure tag appears beside the “Build on <Book>” CTA.

What We Do Not Take

We do not accept compensation in exchange for inflating or suppressing a pick. We do not accept compensation in exchange for adjusting the ranking of a strategy or operator. We do not accept compensation in exchange for hiding losing picks from the Track Record. The pick ledger is hash-signed at publication so any post-hoc edit would be cryptographically detectable — see /verify.

Operators We May Be Affiliated With

Regulated U.S. retail: DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars, BetRivers, ESPN BET, Fanatics, Hard Rock Bet, BallyBet, betPARX. Offshore / U.S.-facing: Bovada, BetOnline, MyBookie, BetUS, LowVig, BetAnySports, GTBets, Everygame. Sweepstakes & DFS-style: Fliff, Rebet. U.S.-legal exchanges: Novig, ProphetX. The exact set of active programs varies by state and over time, and not every listed operator pays us. Where we are not compensated by an operator, the same odds-comparison and analytical content still appears.

Your Choice

You are never required to use any specific sportsbook. We strongly encourage line shopping — using more than one sportsbook to capture the best available price on each wager. Doing so is a real edge, regardless of who we are compensated by.
