Our Commitment

We’re a sports-betting analytics service. The math works over large samples; nothing we publish guarantees a winning session. Short-term variance is brutal, and gambling can become harmful. If any of the warning signs below describe you, stop and get help.

Guidelines

  • Set a budget before you start. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
  • Set time limits. Take regular breaks.
  • Never chase losses. Accept them as the cost of entertainment.
  • Do not gamble to solve financial problems.
  • Do not gamble while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Never borrow money to gamble.
  • Balance gambling with other activities. If it’s crowding them out, stop.

Warning Signs

  • Spending more money or time on gambling than you intend to.
  • Feeling restless or irritable when you try to cut back.
  • Repeated unsuccessful attempts to stop.
  • Lying to family or others about the extent of your gambling.
  • Jeopardizing relationships, jobs, or opportunities.
  • Relying on others for money to cover gambling-related debt.
  • Gambling to escape problems or relieve negative feelings.

Self-Exclusion

Every regulated U.S. sportsbook offers a self-exclusion program that voluntarily bans you from its platform for a chosen period (typically 1 year, 5 years, or lifetime). Visit your sportsbook’s Responsible Gaming page or your state gaming commission’s site to enroll. Many states also maintain a statewide self-exclusion registry that covers every regulated operator at once.

How to Turn Off Our Alerts

If you’re receiving email alerts from us and want them to stop, click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any alert or email hello@myoddsy.com. We will honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Self-excluded users should also unsubscribe — we do not intend to market to anyone who has excluded themselves from wagering.
