MyOddsy / Legal
Privacy Policy
Last reviewed: 2026-04-25 · Operator: MyOddsy LLC · a Utah limited liability company
MyOddsy collects the minimum data needed to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. This policy explains exactly what we hold and what you can do about it.
1. Categories of Data We Collect
Automatically collected: IP address, approximate geolocation derived from IP, browser type, device type, OS, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps of visits. We use Google Analytics for aggregate usage measurement.
Voluntarily provided: email address (only if you sign up for alerts or contact us), strategy settings you create, and any messages you send to support.
Local-only:we cache odds data in your browser’s local storage for performance. That data never leaves your device.
What we do not collect: we do not require precise geolocation (GPS) for core functionality and do not collect it. We do not collect financial account information, social-security numbers, or government IDs. We do not collect data about children — the Service is restricted to adults 21+.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to (a) operate, maintain, and improve the Service, (b) deliver alerts you specifically request, (c) measure aggregate product performance, (d) prevent abuse and fraud, (e) provide state-relevant sportsbook and market information, and (f) comply with legal obligations.
3. We Do Not Sell Personal Information
MyOddsydoes not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. Where U.S. state laws define “sale” or “sharing” broadly to include certain advertising cookies, we will surface a clear opt-out before any such category is enabled.
4. Cookies, Analytics & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and core functionality. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling them may degrade some features. Google Analytics data practices: policies.google.com/privacy; opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
5. Affiliate Tracking Pixels
When you click an outbound sportsbook link, the destination operator may set its own cookies and may use a referral parameter that lets us know whether the click resulted in a registration or wager (CPA / Rev-Share attribution). We do not receive your sportsbook account details, deposit amounts, or wager activity — we receive only aggregated commission data from operators.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed (security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, user-requested services). Pick ledger data is retained for one year for verifiability. Email addresses tied to alerts are retained until you unsubscribe.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected data, including transport-layer encryption (HTTPS), access controls on production systems, and security headers (CSP, HSTS, frame protections). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. State Privacy Rights — CCPA / CPRA (California)
California residents have the right to (a) knowwhat personal information we collect and how it’s used; (b) access and request a copy of that information; (c) correct inaccurate data; (d) delete personal information; (e) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell); (f) limit the use of sensitive personal information; and (g) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Submit requests to privacy@myoddsy.com.
9. State Privacy Rights — Colorado Privacy Act
Colorado residents have rights to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data; to opt out of (i) targeted advertising, (ii) sale, and (iii) profiling for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Colorado treats precise geolocation as sensitive data — we do not collect precise geolocation. Submit requests to privacy@myoddsy.com.
10. State Privacy Rights — Virginia (VCDPA), Connecticut, Utah, etc.
Residents of states with comparable privacy laws (Virginia VCDPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, and others as enacted) have substantially similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out. Submit requests via the same channel.
